[AK-VHF] Not QRV on 600m

Testing my 600m transmitter there seems to be an intermittent so 
won't be sending a CW beacon as hoped.  At first it looked like the 
inverted-L antenna SWR was OK at 495.600 but further testing shows 
resonance up at 508 where I do not transmit.

If I can find the intermittent problem I will try running CW beacon 
tomorrow night after 4pm (0000z 16April).

Ran out of time today to move the loading coil tap and fix the 
transmitter.  It does output >100w (1.5 RF amps into 50-ohms) when it 
works and the Bird shows 50-60w with 100H element and dummy load.

I did have a carrier in Test at 0000z today radiating (briefly).
