[AK-VHF] Large List required Moderation

The large e-mail distribution list I used, exceeded the maximum 
number allowed on the reflector.  Every time anyone replied to ALL, 
it was blocked until I approved it as Moderator of the list.  Sorry 
if this has slowed the process.  I could not find an administrator 
setting that could increase the list limit.  I was outside most of 
the day so did not see the Moderator alerts for some time.
