[AK-VHF] Alaska Sourdough Award

Folks, 

Just a reminder about the Alaska VHF-Up Group's award for working five (5) grid squares in Alaska. The Alaska Sourdough Award can be earned for working five grids on any one band, 50 MHz through light. Endorsements can be earned for each additional five grids and a plaque is available for those who work 20 Alaskan grids on a band.  Only contacts made after January 1, 2009 count.  

There is also the Alaska Pathfinder Award available to those who activate five grids in the State of Alaska on any one band. This award also has endorsements in steps of five grids.
