This is an advanced notice that I intend to post for sale my FT-847, 
as soon as I receive notice of shipment of new DEMI L432-28 
transverter ordered today.  This may be some weeks/months from now, 
so I will retain the FT-847 until then.

I am the original owner.  It has been in a non-smoking home.  it has 
been used for local VHF/UHF, satellite, and eme.
It comes with standard 2.2 KHz SSB filter
I have modified the 144 & 432 receiver antenna inputs for direct 
connection using sma-female connectors mounted in the vent slots on 
the back of the radio.  There are two matching connectors to restore 
the 144 & 432 receivers for normal transceiver operation using the 
standard coax connectors.  Two short sma-male jumpers are provided to 
reconnect the receivers to normal transceive.  I have also replaced 
the original DATA jack which became unreliable.
Normal operation 100w 160-6m, 50w 2m & 70cm.  Standard hand mic 
MH-31.  Both operation manual and service manual.
