Saturday 4th January 2025 all EUCW club members are invited to Marconi Club Qso
Party Edition 2025

I. Objective:
To make telegraphy know to the new generations, and bring together all those
who truly love and believe in telegraphy, and all passionated of this
stupendous and magnificent art. This short contest is open to all OM

II. Dates/Times:
Saturday 4th January 2025 from 07:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC
 
III. Frequencies:
20m - 40m – 80m
 
IV. Operation:
Mode: CW/A1A 
All stations will call “CQ MCD” Qso are Worldwide style, it’s possible to
connect any station
  
V. Exchange data:
Member of MARCONI CLUB will pass 599 + membership number
Not members 599 + serial number
 
Examples:

IK1QBT de DL1XXX K
DL1XXX de IK1QBT 599 Marconi Club nr. 260 K

VI. Scoring:
Qso points:
5 Points each Qso made with Members MC
1 Points each Qso made with Not Member Stations (Independent)
Each station can be worked once per Band
 
VI. Final score:
Sum of all QSO point
 
VII. Logs:
Log must contains: Date, UTC, Call, Band, Mode, Marconist or progressive number
received, if any of this info will miss, log will be classified as CHECKLOG
 
VIII. Deadline:  
Logs must be uploaded exclusively in CABRILLO format on https://
www.marconiclub.it or sent by email to qsoparty at marconiclub.it the expiry date
will be on 12/01/2025 

IX. Software:
It is strongly encouraged the use of the following logging software: QARTest,
N1MM, DXlog SD and UCXlog; all these software support MCD Contest, and will
generates a log compliant with the required standard
 
X. Ranking:
Will be processed a Point Ranking List, in case of same result will be
considered winning the station with more qso’s in the log. An excessive numbers
of Qso not verified, will give as result the penalty of exclusion from the
Ranking List. Any decision of the Secretary and the Contest Manager of the
MARCONI CLUB organizer of the event are final

XI. Prizes:
Begali CW Key,  T-shirt , Cup and Metal Plate personalized

XII. Award:
All participants will be allow to download the PDF Participations Award 

Permanent Award:
all contacts with station members of MARCONI CLUB ARI Loano are valids for
awarding the “AWARD MARCONISTA”
