heißt es:

"Standard Recommended HF Digital Operating Frequencies (MHz) (...) 
Europe/Africa 7.035-7.045"

Von CW im Bereich 7035 bis 7040 kHz ist hier nicht die Rede. 
Interessanterweise wird aber vor Interferenzen mit SSB-Stationen gewarnt:

"7.080-7.100* (...) * Digital operators should avoid interfering with 
hams outside the continental US who have phone privileges in this 
portion of 40 meters."
