RULES
1. The founder of the event is Russian DIG Section.
2. Priorities:
- to celebrate the 10-th anniversary of Russian DIG Section
- to increase the activity of DIG members in the air
- to attract the attention to the HAM Diplomas
- to high the HAM operating style
3. All HAMs of over the world might take the participation in the event
4. The time of the activity: 1-st May (00:00 UTC) - 7-th May (23:59 UTC) 2006.
Ceremony "round table" will take place on 7-th May 2006 at 09:00 UTC on 14.177 ???.

8. Exchange number: We recommend to transmit in the air your DIG or
KDR member number, during the QSO. Also you can transmit common
information, necessary for QSO. We recommend to use during CQ - "CQ DIG".
9. Result score:
- QSO with DIG member - 10 point;
- QSO with KDR member - 5 point;
- QSO with all the others - 1 point.

10. Multiplier: quantity of unique DIG members despite on bands/modes
11. Final result = (sum of points for QSOs) multiply (quantity of unique DIG members)
12. Application:
We recommend you to use the electronic version of your application in
"CABRILLO" format
Paper application (if you are going to use it) has to have all necessary fields.
There is no necessity to indicate in the Application the Members'
numbers of DIG and KDR as it will be recalculated by Event committee.
Dead line for Application is 7-th of June 2006.

13. Prizes:
The winners of every group will be awarded by Special medal (if not less than 5 applications in the group)
Participants (1,2,3 results of every group) will be awarded by Diplomas of Russian DIG Section (if not less than 5 applications in the group).
Participants (4,5 results of every group) will be awarded by Special HAM Calendar (if not less than 10 applications in the group).
The awards of International Fund "INTER-RADIO" will be given to:
- Russian HAM (any group), which will have the maximum QSOs with different DIG members,
- HAM (outside of Russia - any group) which will have the maximum QSOs with different DIG members,
- Russian HAM (any group), which will have the maximum QSOs with different KDR members,
- HAM (outside of Russia - any group) which will have the maximum QSOs with different KDR members,

Wir empfehlen, dass Sie, um die elektronische Version Ihrer Anwendung in "CABRILLO" zu verwenden, Papieranwendung formatieren (wenn Sie dabei sind, es zu verwenden), muss alle notwendigen Felder haben.
Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, in der Anwendung anzuzeigen, die die Zahlen der Mitglieder dessen DIG und KDR, wie es vom Ereignis-Komitee wiederberechnet wird.
