[AGCW] Frage: Protezione Civile-net

Hallo,

ich habe hier mal eine Frage, ist zwar etwas Off-Topic, 
da kein CW, aber ggf. hat jemand doch Infos zu diesem
Netz.

Ich habe über die WUN SWL-DX-Liste gerade folgende
Infos bekommen (s.u.). Scheinbar gibt es in Italien
ein Netz der Protezione Civile (Katastrophenschutz)
von Funkamateuren, aber ausserhalb "unserer" Bänder.
Es sieht so aus, also ob der Katastrophenschutz dort
einen "Amateurfunkzweig" hat. 

Hat da jemand genauere Infos ?
QRGs, Modes (auch CW, oder nur Digimodes),
Zeiten etc.

Gibt es eigentlich sowas auch in DL ?
Im Rahmen des THW ???

Ich kannte bisher nur die Netze des Roten Kreuzes,
da arbeiten (meist HAM OPs) unter kommerziellen
Rufzeichen (DEK23 etc.) auch knapp unter-/oberhalb
unserer Bänder. Auch hierzu suche ich weitere Infos.
Ich habe hierzu in der letzten Zeit auch keine SWL-Spots
mehr gesehen. Im Gegensatz zu OE, da gibt es auch 
so ein Netz, mit Calls a la OEH61 etc. und und zu dem 
EA-Zivilschutznetz, da gab habe ich vor ca.
1 Jahr die letzten SWL-Spots im WUN gesehen gesehen, 
Calls hier nach dem Schema 23T123 und einem 
EA4xxx AFU-Call als Net-Control (bei 6,99x und 3,80x kHz).
Bei beiden Netzen sind das (fast) alles AFU-OPs.

Falls jemand hier weitere Details hat,
