missverst=E4ndlich ist im Gesetz besonders, dass man meinen k=F6nnte, es
gehe nur um "gewerbliche" Angebote. Das ist aber nach Auffassung von
Juristen nicht so. Es reiche schon aus, "wenn ein Angebot mit einer
gewissen Nachhaltigkeit" verbreitet wird.
