Greetings ADXA Folks,

In response to a question about attending the conference for free if you don’t have lunch, please understand the registration fee is in place and set to cover more than just the lunch. There is a cost for the meeting room, there is a cost for the Saturday hospitality room, there are costs related to our special guest, and a few of the door prizes are paid for.

Our target is to break even. If we have money left over it is used as seed money for the next conference. If we don’t break even then the additional expense is covered by individual sponsors.
