I think it was multi hop sporadic E. Don’t think SFI was high enough to support F2.  I've been on 6M since 2012 and have encountered nice 6M openings to EU a few times...but nothing like today.  We were driving to Little Rock from Ft. Worth.  I had seen Rick's note about the very early morning opening when i got up about 6:15. Checked the band via remote briefly.  Didn’t see any EU at that time...but i think the antenna was pointed NW. We stopped in Mt Vernon for fuel and i turned ant to EU and found a huge opening.  I asked Sunnye to drive and worked what I could on FT8 with my phone. The decode list was longer than i could fit on the screen and cell service was a bit choppy at times.  I think I managed three new entities and about a dozen new grids.  Very amazing opening.  I was on .313 the whole time.  I understand that .323 was full of EU stations also. Anyone snag Qs on CW, SSB or FM?
