Their web page says this may be the last DXP there for many years.  Many rules and fees have begun to take over.  

I got them on 10m and 15m about an hour after they went active.  Prior to today, only confirmed on 17m in 2019.  They are running the MSHV version of SuperFox/Hound (verify is 000000, since they have not been issued a key) with signals in the positive range most of the time while I was watching them.  They must have a solid internet connection for the SF verify key to work as it changes every time they transmit.
