No need to apologize. There were a ton of pirates, and I'm sure there were those that cheated a bit on the power level. I haven't made many contacts on 60, and it is a low priority to me. I do enjoy listening to the international flights using the frequencies just above this for long distance communicating. I guess I'm pretty much satisified with being a SWL on this band.

Have a great day and good DXing

My apologies re: this being a pirate.  I was convinced, as were others on DXSummit, that this signal was from EU. I couldn't decode 3Y0K, but I remember seeing KS5Z get pulled down.  He made the log.  Looking on his QRZ page, KS5Z has antennas to make it happen QRP with the Grey Line at the time.  It was also Grey Line over France, i.e.
It was quite a display of lawlessness though.  I was decoding stateside calling with signals too strong to be 9.2 watts!

BTW,  my pennant anchors and pulleys are in place, but I have not assembled the wire with resistor and balun you gave me.  Looks like I'll be putting it up as Joel takes his 160M receiving antennas down! Thanks again.

It was aimed southeast. I've been using it to hear 3Y0K on 40 and 80.
