My wife warned me about these FB deals. She said “be careful, it may be a trap”. I replied, “ I sure hope so, that is why I’m taking so much money”. 

It was a trap, 12 of them to be exact. The antenna appears to be a HyGain th3…minus the plastics for the traps. I think is repairable. 

My question is should I hacksaw it as was my original intention, or bring it back to life and hunt for 11 more on FB for a 12 yagi array.

I would consider trading this cream puff for a legal limit plus 1watt, amp for 160 or 6 with optional all bands between those.
