One hour past SR and still have good 80-meter sigs from JA, BV, VR, KL7 and KH6.

About 20 mins ago I looked to the SW as the JA’s were working AP2N and I need AP on 80. Just at their SS now. No go, but to the SW I had solid sigs from RV9CX.

I love winter time because during our SR northern Scandinavia (LA, OH) is in SS or dark twilight. Had copy on one LA and two OH this morning during that time.

30 mins past SR here. The sun has swallowed 160 meters but sigs from SE Asia are still blaring in on 80

ADXA Folks,

This propagation on 160 and 80 this morning was, to quote Mr. Spock, “Fascinating!”

Many JA’s and KL7 on 160. On 80 meters the band was full of CW and FT8 signals. For you FT8 lizards, the 80 meter 3 KHz FT8 bandwidth was crammed full of JA, BY, VR, T8, and KL7. If you needed any of these on the band and were asleep getting your beauty rest there are only two things to say:

  1. Your beauty rest ain’t working
  2. You snooze you lose

Great to see the low bands finally start firing up this season.
