If you use N1MM for contest logging it is, in my opinion, the best practice method as it provides for both.
If you open N1MM and go to “Config” then “Configure Ports, Mode Control, Winkey, etc..” select “Other” at the top and you’ll see a check box for “MorseRunner Mode” check that, then N1MM will download MorseRunner. Its self-intuitive from there.

Ha! I'll bet I was 599+!
I often see familiar callsigns when using RUFZ, but not usually people I actually know.
I guess I should try the N1MM+ simulator, because whenever I get into a contest I seem to spend the first hour retraining myself on its use.

Nick,
Tnx for the “virtual” QSO with ZF5T this morning! 😊
Practice makes perfect……well, maybe not for me but it improves my capability to some level. In preparation for the upcoming CQWW CW contest at ZF5T I’ve been practicing with Morse Runner embedded in N1MM. During this morning’s “session” I was running a pileup and in popped “WA5BDU”.
So, Nick, you’re “in the log” so to speak! Its always interesting to see what callsigns are generated from the database.
