ADXA Folks – Especially those in NW Arkansas

We received a new member application from Scott Cook N5SRC In Bella Vista however, in the “Sponsor” field he says “Don’t have one”. ADXA membership requires a sponsor. Does anyone in NW Arkansas know Scott? He indicates he does have DXCC and is an ARRL member.
