I don't know. He was Super Fox when I worked him but switched to regular F/H before 2000Z. He's coming in here with two streams F/H compound and now /KH9.

I just worked him again quickly at 2139Z with a +08 as /KH9 on the lower stream. Coming in +11.

Try again.

I have called him three times F/H. He answers me with a +9. I respond. He keeps giving me my signal. No QSO ever completed. I don't hear a Super Fox signal. Several other stations having same problem I'm having. Called him with KH7AL and /KH9. Always get an answer but he never completes Q with me.

What am I doing wrong?
