I'm still getting the off-line notice at 1457Z.

According to the "status" page, I may have been the one of the first or even the first one to upload to LoTW. It took about 10 seconds to log on, but my log was available as soon as the upload finished.
One thing was that HRD did not flag the uploads a "Yes". Will have to watch that for the next few uploads.-----
