K5VR and I have been doing the Arms FD via cross band. Even though I got info from Bernie W3UR on this event, I've just been looking at the bandscope. Pouncing and clicking around outside the ham bands. They will tell you what frequency they are listening on. So far, a couple of stations on CW, one on SSB and copied a weird setup on RTTY from the Secretary of Defense. What a hoot!
