If you view VP8LP’s QRZ page he is very explicit about his QSL policy. He no longer does electronic log transfer (LoTW, eQSL, etc) and does not use OQRS.
He’s the DX, and its his policy and we must abide by it if we want a confirmation. LoTW, livestream, and all the “we want it now” luxuries seem to have become a “constitutional right” and we’re all spoiled, me included!!!
But, once again, he is the DX station and its his policy or do without. For me, I honor his QSL requirements and the QSL I requested back in 2020 worked just fine.
