I agree.  The ladder should be a permanent fixture.

I guess I need to give this antenna a name.  It was first pulled out of someone’s junk pile and then I put it up last year as a “temporary” antenna just to have 6M capability.  It’s 12 feet off the ground.

 

Today’s results - worked VK9DX, ZL7DX, 3D2AG, CE6UFF, and CA6SNT.  I’m happy!

I guess I should move the ladder now - either that or model how it affects the pattern.
