I wouldn’t mind having a 2-A, but what I bought was a 2-C.   I haven’t seen a 2-A at a hamfest in a long time.   Andre had two 2-C’s and he let me plug the prettiest one in.  It lit up and the RF gain moved the S-meter as expected.  I didnt have a speaker handy but when I got home, I found it to have good audio output.  I haven’t connected it to any kind of antenna except a very short wire but it was cheap and in pristine condition.  I’ll get a longer wire on it and see what I can pick up.  If there’s something amiss in the RF section, I should be able to find it.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Dennis/RZ</div>
