Kim and I had the pleasure of meeting Joe and his wife last Thursday evening at the Bella Vista Radio Club meeting where I was presenting the program. Joe told me he had achieved DXCC last fall and was anxiously waiting the arrival of his certificate, which got lost in the mail the first time it was sent!.
