Congrats to Stan and Joel for amazing results in the 160M contest!   Winning the class is a major accomplishment, and Joel’s score from central US is also big.  

Also to be recognized are the achievements by Debbie and others in improving their DXCC scores - great job!

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the River Valley hamfest!

I have worked it six times from here.  In previous five times I finished 2nd four times and 3rd once.

This year, although conditions were not the greatest, they were VERY good, especially for this time in the solar cycle.  

A new antenna planned and put up the day of the contest seemed to work pretty well. You can read my story about all that here.
