I've experienced this before.  This 40M station wasn't connected to Clublog.  Did you see other 40M contacts or was it other bands?

Congrats, Lanny - I just posted about this, too.  I didn't show up on the livestream and no online log confirmation yet. A later contact on 15M is online.  I guess it's a glitch, because you aren't in the log on 40 yet, either.  We both definitely worked him.
