ADXA Folks,

Recently Jonathan, N5QJ, made posts to the ADXA reflector that were determined to be inappropriate. The ADXA board received complaints about the posts and concluded we would moderate his account, meaning any posts he makes will be held for review and approval before release.

This afternoon I advised N5QJ of this decision, explaining in detail the posts were inappropriate for the teenagers on our reflector and offensive to several adults. He responded and requested to be removed from the ADXA email reflector and we have honored his request.

The expectation is members will conduct themselves appropriately when using ADXA media and during meetings. While we all get a little crazy at times we want to encourage free speech and understand what is, or is not, appropriate is subjective. However, when a responsible group within our organization determines certain comments or behavior to be inappropriate we must address and resolve the matter.

This matter has now been addressed and resolved.
