FYI:  ADXA had a very respectable club score last year for CQWW.  I think the club placed #24 out of 75 club entries.  Please list the ADXA as your club when you submit your score AND remember every little bit adds up…

ADXA Folks,

This weekend is the biggest and baddest CW DX contest of the year, the CQWW CW DX Contest. If you have a desire to pooch up your CW DXCC numbers, here’s your chance. It starts at 0000 UTC Saturday (That’s Friday 6:00 PM local time) and runs until 2359 UTC Sunday (5:59 PM local). For those who may not know, the exchange is your CQ Zone. We are located in Zone 4, so you will send 599 4 and the other station will send a signal report (599) and their zone. If you’re not familiar with CQ Zones, you can Google a map or see the one attached to this email.

If you want to get serious, the rules are posted here: https://cqww.com/ otherwise have fun and GL in the contest, OM and YL !!!!!

p.s. Traditionally, this contest is held on Thanksgiving weekend. Due to the way the calendar falls this year it is the weekend before..
