7Q isn't super rare, but this was an interesting contact.  I don't place much stock in FT8 signal reports because it's just an indication of S/N ratio.  However, I gave him a +20 and he gave me +22.  He did have a remarkably strong signal.  It was also a new band counter for me and helped with the disappointment of missing 3DA0DL on three needed bands, 40, 30, and 10.  I'm not sure why - my BIC times just didn't align with when they were working NA, I guess.
