I worked 3D2V on FT8 several times since they seem to be on that mode 99% of the time. I see people criticized for making multiple contacts on FT8 but this tells the tale, at least for this group. I was shown with 4 contacts on 30M, but they were all
within the space of 4 seconds.
People say it is because they don't receive your report or other similar things, but that wouldn't account for this. It's some kind of strangeness in the software they use, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it is inadvertent. However,
it sure makes your QSO counts misleading. There are not really dupes, just this group counting one good contact as four.
