Even though Vanuatu is showing as "Invalid" with a TOTP of "000000", after working him, I do show up in his online ClubLog site. 

Apparently he can not connect to the OTP server, thus the invalid notification.  OR, he was not issued the TOTP Seed account.  Anyone can run SuperFox, even me.  It just won't show "verified".
