From myself KI5QQG and Charles KF5TL we would like to express our appreciation for the heartfelt acknowledgments of our grand HAMS with the ADXA badges for their DXCC’s!! Their faces lit up and was a genuine surprise for both as well as us!
Thanks to Joel and Kim for the great hospitality! Thanks to everyone for welcoming our Hamily as we are still new to the gang. We loved seeing everyone but had to hurry off for the college girl as she was playing in the band for a football game.

Greetings ADXA Folks,

 

On behalf of Kim, Roger N5QS, and Dawn, N5QT thank you to everyone for attending today and allowing us to host our 3rd Quarter meeting here at W5ZN. It was also great to see the rain hold off until we were finished with our outside activity.

 

I apologize for not be able to spend more time with each of you and answering questions you had about the station. If you took notes, I’ll be very pleased to chat with you later.

 

It was great to have new ADXA member Jussi, AA6KJ and Tuija,  KJ6WMR, join us. It was my great pleasure to present new DXCC recipient and DX Big Dog Nicholas, KI5QQH with his new ADXA callsign badge and Ithyca KI5QOS, who has just over 100 worked but sitting at 97 confirmed and waiting on those last three to come in. A special thanks to all of the NW Ark folks who drove 3 hours or more to attend and to Steve, N4JQQ for coming over from Memphis.

 

A very special thanks to Jay W5JAY and Kathy WQ5T for helping pick up and setup tables and chairs yesterday and also for dismantling and loading them in the truck along with J N5LKE, Jon KI5UCZ, and Roger & Dawn just as it was starting to rain.

 

Thanks again for a great time. We very much enjoyed having everyone attend.
