CY9C is on 3787 KHz lsning up 10. I worked him about 35 mins ago but just a few mins ago I thought I would check his signal on my 75 meter inverted V that is 30 ft high at the apex. I can hear him fine on it so get in there and call. His sig will get better as it becomes dark here in Arkansas.
