I needed CY9C on just 12m and 15m to complete all (except for 160m).  Got them yesterday and then this morning he was so strong on 10m and 17m, I could not resist working him.  It was a new contact for this station.  And since I will need to probably send $$ to get the two new ones into LoTW, I figured why not work him some more.  No pressure. 

On most bands he's working the EU.  But on 10m I called him and got a response on the 3rd call.  Then he went back to EU.  I wasn't seeing any USA stations calling him.  It seems that he's doing that on all bands.  Work EU and grab a stateside contact when he sees one.
