I always upload to ClubLog & QRZlog.
I am hoping that when LOTW is rebuilt, but all our log data is GONE, I can do a few mouse clicks and Merge my logs from ClubLog and QRZlog up to LOTW...
-- Secondarily, Some of the smaller contests I work, like State QSO parties, Those guys never did use LOTW, but they do use QRZlogbook. I feel like an Elmer uploading their contact to QRZlogbook.

Regarding LOTW, I'm guessing it will never come back from the original
data.  I think they are concerned that any data they put back online
might be infected with some kind of malicious software that could infect
every user's system.  My guess, and its only a guess, is they will have
to build a new system and all of the users will have to upload their
entire logs again.  I might add that I have absolutely no idea what has
happened in Newington but someone does.  I have somewhat limited
experience catching and prosecuting cyber criminals in my previous life
but this is the best theory I can come up with.
