Hi Bill,

I was away from email last night but I have to tell something REALLY SMELLS with those decodes. Yes, I know the FT8 screen you show says “50.313” but those EU spots at that time of day on 50 MHz just ain’t right. You sure your radio was not on an HF band?????? There were absolutely NO paths or spots indicated on DX Maps on 6 meters during that time !!!!

I know you all share the fun of the “Magic Band”.  I have a rather modest station but scored some good ones a few weekends ago, but missed one that would have really been cool.  Last Saturday I was watching and listening and nothing much happening so when Kathy asked to go run an errand, I was glad to comply.  I left everything on when I left.  Take a look below….all of a sudden a great ‘cloud’ for EU must have occurred…nothing printing here UNTIL EW4M….Y I K E S ! !  I was not here so, I missed it…shoot.  I sent a note to Joel last night asking if I could get any sympathy…I have not received a reply, but I think I know the answer 😊  it just shows to go ya, you gotta have that BIC and be ready.  Belarus would have been a good one.  Maybe today……

73, all.  Have a GREAT weekend!

Bill
