I was listening to 8R7X working. In the time it took me to change antenna and radios and get my paddle hooked up he vanished. While waiting to see if he comes back, one ham sent V (di-di-di-DA). To which another answered T, to which he answered E. Just wondering what the exchange meant.

Clearly the op sending the V was checking to see if 8R was still around. Not sure what the T meant unless maybe QRT. And E was an acknowledgement.

Am I in the ball park?
