I did make an interesting contact this evening - W5JAY on 80 meters! 

One other observation -  I've  worked a lot of US stations on FT8.  I call DX and when I finish, or sometimes before, I get a little pile of US stations calling me.  I couldn't figure it out, but I guess people are looking everyone up on the VOTA page and seeing that I'm worth 100 points.  I usually work a few if it doesn't interfere with dX'ing.
