Oh, I hope not :).   About once every 6 months or so, my wife tells me it’s time for a new chair.   That doesn’t work because the chair is just now getting properly broken in.  It has no major problems and a little duct tape will probably handle anything that comes up.  Besides, in its current configuration, it adds 2.3 db to my signal.
