The op for ZD9W was YL2GN, the same operator as VK9XY and soon to be
VK9CY. He's apparently too busy running around the southern hemisphere
to bother with QSLs. I don't think he has a QSL manager so all the
contacts from all his DXpeditions will probably wait until he gets home
someday. It's funny...LoTW and Clublog have spoiled us by not having to
wait a year or more to get confirmations via the buro. Personally, I'm
not-so-waiting for ZD9W & VK9XY for a pair of ATNO's.
