Greetings ADXA Folks,

Adrian, KO8SCA, and I have just been on the phone discussing some last minute things for the conference. Adrian and his wife, Mio, should be at the hotel by 5:00 PM Friday evening and are very anxious to visit with anyone who will be there. The meeting room will be our hospitality room Friday evening (and Saturday following the meeting as well) and we plan to have it set up and open around 4:00 or 4:30 with snacks, drinks, etc. So, for those who are planning to arrive Friday evening, or want to zip over, Adrian will be there.

The final conference schedule is attached. Adrian will tell us about 3Y0J Bouvet in the morning. In the afternoon ADXA will be the first group in the world to hear the W8S Swains Island DXpedition report and presentation!! As an added treat for the last presentation of the day, Adrian will tell us about 31 DXpeditions he has been on over the past 9 years.
