Way to go, Dennis! I've been trying to pick up the pace a little bit, not up to that level but I have worked two or three new entities in the last month or two after a long drought.
The BIC thing reminded me that I'd read something a few months ago on that subject and I finally found it in my Kindle "clippings" from the book about Oppenheimer. We might have known there would be a German word for it:
“But after 1950, he never published another scientific paper. “He didn’t have Sitzfleisch,” said Murray Gell-Mann, a visiting physicist at the Institute in 1951. “Perseverance, the Germans call it Sitzfleisch, ‘sitting flesh,’ when you sit on a chair.”
So now you can be fancy and say Sitzfleisch when you mean BIC.
