With signals up & down, and Noise, I didn't hear whenever he must have answered me. But I have one green checkmark, 15 meter SSB.

On the OQRS form I typed in a couple different times when I might have gotten through. NO match.

I understand that the OQRS system is set up to keep people like me from "going fishing" for a match. But That's exactly what I want to do.

Are there tricks to find a contact from 7 - 9 AM this morning?
