I'm catching up on verifications.  The TO8FH crew says they will QSL via OQRS but I can't find a link.  I see where I can donate, but generally there is a link to combine the payment for cards with a donation.  Maybe its just too early and they aren't ready to accept OQRS yet, or maybe I'm missing something.
