No, not the DX Hog-Man, but something good for DX - the Brush-Hog Man!

He is coming tomorrow to mow down the brush on a couple of acres behind the house.  There should be room for several rhombics, a set of vee beams, and a 4-square array for 160 and 80.  Well, maybe not ALL of that.  Maybe not any of it, but I bet there will be an effective 30M vertical of some kind, and something better for 80 than the low dipole I've been trying to use. 

I went to NJ0F's sale this morning.   He has a terrific assortment of equipment, old and new.  There were amps by Elecraft, Alpha, Drake, Ameritron, Collins, Henry, Heathkit, etc.  Also, lots of antennas bundled up and ready to go.  Towers and tower supplies, too.  I suppose most of us DX'ers have at least two of everything we need, but if you need something, its probably there.  Also, a whole wall of Drake and Collins equipment...

I spent $30.00 and came away with a Palm Mini Paddle, so I'm happy!
