Last week I was on 15 meters trying to hear 9Q1aa. i had the "dual watch" button pushed, so I was hearing 9q1aa & the callers up 5.
I could Not hear 9q1aa well enough to manage a solid contact. Earl walked in, worked them, & left ,,, while I sat there in amazement.

Even so, due to my SSB only limitation I think my score is Four.

Silvano, I2YSB, and the Italian DX team have wrapped up their DXpedition from the Democratic Republic of Congo, 9Q1AA/9Q1ZZ.

As noted previously a “cash award” will be presented, at our annual meeting, to the ADXA member making the most contacts on different bands/modes with the team. Just briefly scanning over some log results it appears that Earl, N5ZM, has captured the prize.

I look forward to presenting the award on November 11.
