Well, the FFMA is kinda like the DXCC only in a more limited scope.
I forgot where I "stole" the idea from, but you reminded me. I've been using it for several years. I've heavily modified the spreadsheet to include about 10 tabs to pretty much automate the process. (But only I have limited understanding of what I created years ago). I've also created one tab that keeps track of what's needed. See both attached.
As for the VHF Contest this weekend, I was able to snag 7 more grids (4 confirmed), but 2 others fall into the "Deadbeat" group as they don't LoTW and one does not even do QSL Cards, so they are still shown as needed (in Red). And these are "rare grids", so I'm still on the lookout for them. There were about 12 in that list a couple years ago, but others followed and uploaded to LoTW.
