I’ve wondered for quite a while about this dude……..his QRZ page says for a confirmation, it is a direct QSL via registered mail?!

I feel apprehensive about sending a card registered to that region.  That’s going to be a hefty amount of int’l postage, is it not?  Has anyone done that, and if so, have you received a card back from him?  Does he require green stamps included with the card?  Has anyone had a confirmation from him via another method than what he states on his QRZ page?
