He’s not a full member yet until he gets those LoTW credits applied and is awarded a DXCC. Having 100 countries confirmed in LoTW doesn’t make you a DXCC award holder!!!

I checked the DXCC list this morning (that is updated daily) before I identified him as an associated member. He’s not on the list.
