Andy, ZD9BV, is on 21.042 according to DXSummit and my friend KA1DE who texted me.. He lost everything in a storm a couple of years ago; I'm glad he's back on the air. He was a frequent guest on Snooky, KA1DE's 15M net back in the 80's. That's where I hooked up with him.
